Privacy notice

When you send the contact form we store your name, email address, the reason you selected and your message. We use that only to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

We keep enquiries for twelve months, then delete them. The mailing list is separate: joining it is a deliberate action, and every message carries a working unsubscribe link.

Our hosting, database and media providers process data on our behalf under written confidentiality obligations. Analytics are cookieless, which is why this site shows no cookie banner — there are no tracking cookies to consent to.

To ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, email the address on the contact page. We will respond within thirty days.

Terms of use

This site and everything on it — the wordmark, the games, the photography, the films — belongs to Tape Gang. Do not reproduce it commercially without written permission.

Links to other sites are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for what they do.

We may change these terms. The version published here is the one that applies.
